Community Drop-In Guided Meditations

Wake Up and start the day with science-based practices for your well-being. And for our European friends, transition the workday towards mindful well-being.

Drop in for 30-minute guided meditation practice from 

9:00 - 9:30 AM PST 

18:00 - 18:30 CEST

Monday through Friday

Meet on Zoom || Donation Enrollment: $40 USD for 15 sessions

In order to support your mindfulness practice, daily recordings will be sent out if you miss the call.

Who could attend?

This drop-in is open to anyone and is an excellent introduction to mindfulness for beginners.  It is also appropriate for an experienced practitioner who wishes to revitalize his/her practice.

Vy V. Le, MBA, Instructor Bio

 

Vy received her training in mindfulness facilitation through the UCLA Mindful Awareness Research Center. She is a Certified Mindfulness Teacher - Professional through the International Mindfulness Teachers Association (IMTA). Furthermore, she believes in the growth of the mindfulness space and is a Program Manager for the IMTA, which is dedicated to the professionalization and standardization of the mindfulness field. She has shared mindfulness and compassion practices to all age groups from teens and young adults (as a mentor with Inward Bound), professionals, healthcare providers, to retirees. Vy is a certified coach through the International Coach Federation and is also trained in the practice of Focusing by Gene Gendlin, a somatic process to help one deeply listen to the wisdom of the body. She has a degree in Mathematics with a specialization in Computing and Business Administration from UCLA, and an MBA from USC. 

Mimi Brehmer, MPH, Well-being Specialist

Mimi received her Bachelors of Arts at UCLA and Masters in Public Health at Loma Linda University. She has over 20 years of experience in the field of Health and Well-being serving as a consultant for corporations and community organizations. Mimi believes that cultivating awareness and growth mindset is the foundation of well-being. Mimi has a deep passion for sharing skills to empower individuals towards their own well-being. She is excited to share yoga and mindful movement in the drop-in sessions.

Karen Fu, Retired Radiologist

Vy Le is an excellent teacher for mindfulness meditation. Her gentle soothing voice, her kindness and thoughtfulness for the students, her positive attitude and friendliness are great attributes for a wonderful teacher.
