IN WAVE GROUP designs, customizes, and facilitates mindfulness-based well-being and professional development programs for the workplace.
We help our client's employees promote resilience, self-efficacy, health and well-being through the adoption of instructor-led mindful workshops. We use multi-modular methodology by implementing a combination of information material, video, and experiential integration practice techniques.
Our Philosophy: Mindful training is at the core of well-being and professional development.
Mindfulness based training is a well researched and evidence-based behavior modification approach that is effectively applied to improve overall health and well-being and more specifically to improve conditions related to stress. By improving and sustaining well-being, participants move in the development continuum from stress reduction to peak performance.

Our team of specialists has extensive experience in the field of mindful training and wellness. Our experienced instructors are fully dedicated to promote employee self-efficacy, resilience, and well-being. We believe in optimizing employee potential for health and productivity success.
Vy V. Le, MBA, CMT-P, ACC
Managing Director
Vy founded IWG after serving 15 years in management consulting and business development with PricewaterhouseCoopers, IBM Global Services, and Baxter Healthcare. Vy is a Certified Mindfulness Teacher - Professional (CMT-P) through the International Mindfulness Teachers Association (IMTA). She has a UCLA Certification in Mindfulness Facilitation at the Mindful Awareness Research Center, Semel Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behavior.
Vy was trained in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and through her daily mindful practices, experienced greater self-awareness, leading to greater well-being. Vy was extremely inspired by the practice, and established IWG to pursue her passion and purpose in bringing mindfulness training based well-being and self-management programs to the workplace and community. Furthermore, she believes in the growth of the mindfulness industry and is a Program Manager for the IMTA, which is dedicated to the professionalization and standardization of the mindfulness field.
She loves sharing mindfulness practices to all age groups from teens and young adults, professionals, healthcare providers, to retirees. She is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coach Federation. Vy also trained in Focusing, a somatic process to help one listen to the wisdom of the body. She has a degree in Mathematics with a specialization in Computing and Business Administration from UCLA, and an MBA from USC focusing on Strategy. She loves coaching, hiking, and being silly with her nephew and niece (twins!).
Miriam "Mimi" Brehmer, MPH
Program Director
Mimi is passionate about the intersection of mindfulness and wellness, and believes that both can make huge impacts on corporate strategic goals. And for the past 15 years, Mimi has had her eyes and ears open to the evolving corporate wellness environment and continues to champion and implement wellness programs that empower employee well-being. Mimi also served as an independent wellness consultant in the manufacturing and technology industry on Health and Productivity Management (HPM) Six Sigma projects which includes integrating resources, developing and implementing programs focused on value on investment (VOI). She is a graduate of UCLA and has a Masters of Public Health from Loma Linda University. She practices mindful living with her husband Scott and three children, Avery, Emery, and Michael.

Gina Maria Mele, MS
Gina is a neurobiologist with global impact. She creates novel trainings that teach the cornerstones for optimized leadership: visionary focus, collaborative mindset and an ability to maximize one's health and potential. Maximized human potential means clients learn how to create on demand: physical resilience, growth mindset, EQ, renewed capacity, access to unconscious resources and safe team dynamics.
She has expertise in the fields of neurobiology, mindfulness, human genetics, ontology, organizational belief systems, communication, Eastern and Native American philosophies and neural re-patterning. She has woven these together to create customized, executive leadership development and corporate team trainings. Gina's models, techniques and trainings have reached over 1,500 people worldwide, to enhance their leadership skills and maximize their innate potential. Her clients include Fortune 500 companies as well as entrepreneurial leaders from 8 countries. She has a Master's in Systems Neurobiology from University of California, San Diego.
Kris Evans
Kris is a researcher, coach, and yoga teacher. Kris is passionate about holistic health and optimal performance and integrates mindfulness-based practices into sports training to enhance social, emotional, psychological, and physical performance. Kris is a lifelong learner who has been trained in a variety of mindfulness-based programs including MBSR, Mindful Schools, and Stanford’s Compassion Cultivation. Kris is a graduate of Stanford University and a current researcher at the Stanford Mind & Body Lab. He combines his college athletic experience (Stanford Football), training, knowledge and curiosity to bring a refreshing fusion and perspective on how to live mindfully with greater well-being.
Stephane Guerraz, CFA, MBA, MS
Stephane has been teaching meditation for over 20 years and breathwork for 2 years in Canada, France and the US. His calling is to empower others to live with clarity of purpose, compassion and vitality. Stephane spent many years working on capital markets and in asset management at BNP Paribas in France, and in management and technology consulting at RPO Management Consultants (aquired by KPMG Strategy, Canada). He has over 10 years of experience teaching business courses in colleges and universities. Stephane has a degree in Actuarial Science, a Master's in Computer Science, an MBA from Haas School of Business, University of California Berkeley and is a CFA Charterholder.
